There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. To cancel, call (737) 356-1884 or email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full service until then.

Because your first monthly payment starts the work immediately (letters generated, postage paid), monthly plan payments are non-refundable once a billing period's dispute work has begun. If you cancel before any work starts in a new period, let us know within 3 days of the charge and we will refund it.

The standalone funding package is a one-time charge. It is fully refundable within 3 days of purchase if we have not yet delivered your funding roadmap. After delivery, it is non-refundable.
