Your information stays yours.

When you request a free consultation, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your credit concerns. When you become a client through our portal, we collect the personal information needed to review your credit file and prepare disputes, which can include your date of birth, Social Security number, and current address. You also pull your own three-bureau credit reports through our MyFreeScoreNow affiliate link, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy and a ~$24/month charge you pay directly to them.

We use your information only to provide our services: reviewing your credit reports, preparing and mailing Metro 2-compliant dispute letters, communicating with you about your case, and billing your monthly plan. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

We share information only as needed to do the work you hired us for: our dispute software provider, the credit bureaus and creditors/collectors receiving your dispute letters, and our email and payment processors. Everyone we share with is limited to using it for that purpose.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including limiting access to client files to the people working your case. No system is perfect, so we encourage you to keep your portal login private and tell us right away if anything looks off.
